Anne Marie Turan

Anne Marie is a ten year veteran of the fitness industry. After spending 5 years in her first career working in television for MTV and ABC in New York City, she went on a weight loss journey of her own losing weight - but more importantly - gaining empowerment and self confidence unlike she had ever felt before. This inspired Anne Marie to become a Personal Trainer to help others feel empowered to go after personal + health goals. Upon moving to Nashville, in November 2010, she started training individual clients as a part time job. Six months later, she went after her dreams of becoming an NFL Cheerleader, made the squad, and went on for a six year tenure as a NFL Cheerleader receiving the highest honor at the 2017 Pro Bowl Cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans. It was in her first year with the NFL that she decided to pursue a career in fitness full tie.

 

Anne Marie's fitness career has taken her to be a celebrity personal trainer and group fitness trainer including receiving the accolade of Nashville's Best Personal Trainer in 2013.. A 5 year veteran as a Barry's Bootcamp Nashville trainer, as well as a trainer of the Lagree Fitness Method at Studio Novo Nashville. In 2018, she opened SculptHouse Nashville which combined the Lagree Fitness Method on the Megaformer with the Woodway curve treadmill. Following the birth of her daughter, Grace, in 2019 she decided to go back to her roots as a private personal trainer in 2020. Additionally, Anne Marie is the Founder and Owner of FitCityWorld which conducts fitness adventure retreats in Scandivaian countries.

 

Anne Marie's extensive knowledge with high intensity interval training combined with slow twitch muscle pilates based work allows her training style to be diverse in offerings allowing the body to be trained + maintained for longevity. Her classes are filled with empowerment while driving clients to a new level with their strength and positive mindset with her unique training approach.
