Caroline is from Ashton, MD and moved to Tennessee almost two years ago now on a whim, but she says, "It's the best thing I've ever done!" Growing up she was always active playing sports and attended college at University of Louisville, where she played D1 collegiate soccer. Her love for fitness has carried her throughout the years and it is something she is so passionate about, and wanted to share that passion with others. Caroline loves the team/family atmosphere of group fitness as well as the one on one aspects of personal training, and most recently the addition of virtual training. She says, "It brings me much fulfillment in being able to help others pursue and achieve their fitness goals, while building lasting relationships.”
