Welcome to 7 Days to a Stronger Core!! FROM THE BEACH!! All of these workouts you can do in 5 minutes (sometimes 10 if you extend them) and they are a perfect addition to whatever you're doing right now. You don't need anything except yourself, a mat, and a commitment to set aside 5 minutes of your day for 7 days. I've added in little tips in each workout and there are reference videos for you to reference form before you start each workout. Please check out the welcome video in Day 1 before beginning.
